Nothing in a Pub Med Search... or in any media other than hisown anecdotal account in the aforementioned newspapers...

LUDHIANA, Sept 27 — Dr Dinesh Garg, Consultant Ophthalmologist in the eye department of Dayanand
Medical College and Hospital has been selected for the prestigious Retina Fellowship by Tennent
Institute of Ophthalmology, Glasgow (Britain). He is the only consultant from northern India to have
been selected for this prestigious fellowship under which he will be going to Britain to lea rn more
sophisticated techniques of complicated retinal surgeries through which retina detachment could be
corrected and foreign bodies could be removed more effectively.
