Just a side note....my next door neighbor is a passionate hunter and fisherman. He shared his Salmon catch with us last summer - it was the finest Salmon I had ever eaten. It was then that he related that the Salmon fish farms on the west coast are polluting the natural water ways of the wild Salmon because the high populations of fish in a small area are leading to increased disease and waste contamination. Turns out, wild Salmon are safer to eat (and certainly taste better from my experience) than the farmed ones. This was a shock to me - I thought that farmed fish would be lower in pollutants. ------------ Happy New Year Mary Ann (CG Jamie 64/24) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off Parkinsn send a message to: mailto:[log in to unmask] In the body of the message put: signoff parkinsn
