Just a side note....my next door neighbor is a passionate hunter and
fisherman.  He shared his Salmon catch with us last summer - it was the
finest Salmon I had ever eaten.  It was then that he related that the Salmon
fish farms on the west coast are polluting the natural water ways of the
wild Salmon because the high populations of  fish in a small area are
leading to increased disease and waste contamination.  Turns out, wild
Salmon are safer to eat (and certainly taste better from my experience) than
the farmed ones.  This was a shock to me - I thought that farmed fish would
be lower in pollutants.
