I have to make one comment.  I don't think we have an argument here.  While
it is considered to be a "Hot" subject everyone has expressed some opinions
without insulting the others.  From it all I see emerging a discussion that
perhaps we can all benefit from.

There is no silver bullet but all on this list are concerned with sharing
their personal experience and or opinions with the hope of helping someone
or gaining help with their particular situation.  In the end if our good
neighbors to the north can help ease the burden of some drug costs for some
US citizens we should help to show the way.  If the US can provide surgery
and testing that is not available in Canada then we should provide guidance
from personal experience to help them.  In the end the people on this list
win.

You can't gain this help and hope from avoiding discussions.  You can help
by providing examples and perhaps encouraging that one person that may be
helped to take the step needed.
