GALA GUESTS and Unity Walkers There was some misinformation put out regarding the transportation to and supposedly from New York on Saturday from the Mariott hotel in Somerset. Here is what we are doing. I am assuming if you are flying that you will be coming into Newark Liberty Airport as suggested. The only way to get from Liberty to Somerset Marriott is by cab or limo. Fare is $49. I want to try to arrange shared transportation, but I can not do this without your flight info. Please E-mail me ASAP with the date you are coming in, airline, flight number and arrival time. If we wish to go it on your own cabs are plentiful at the airport. There will be van service at the somerset Marriott to and from the gala Friday evening. On Saturday morning a bus will take everyone who is doing the unity walk into Manhattan. Once in Manhattan there will be no supplied transportation back to the mariott. This info was a mistake in previous posts. It was assumed as last year that everyone would go to manhattan and stay until they were to return home. Getting from New York to Liberty airport is easy and cheap and the web site with all the info is a really good one. It can also help you with getting to Laguardia or Kennedy.
