You have my vote Callie... Not in a political sense of course, just one that agrees with you. We should stick with helping each other with Parkinson's Information. We should avoid stretching things to the sixth degree to make something political or religious. With very little effort we could keep from "stirring up the pot." There are plenty of spiritual, emotional, physical, mental, medical, psychological issues that are directly part of this disease. Every post spent putting some political spin or pushing some panic button or accusing someone of not caring just takes up posting space and alienates people who seek help here. I Need Information on Parkinson's! I Need Help with this disease! I Need Guidance on what to do medically and emotionally not politically or religiously! I Need to Understand this thing! I Need to hear others experience! I need help! I Need Hope! I Don't need Snake Oil! I Don't Need political guidance! I Don't Need to be told I Don't Care! I Don't need to see people I believe in belittled! I Don't need to see my spirituality and religious beliefs questioned! I Don't need to be told I'm part of the problem because of a religious belief or a political alignment! I Don't need to feel I must be on the defensive! Let's share what we have today! Let's share what we know today! Let's share what we hope for! Let the politics to the politicians, they do "Politicin" better than we can. Let the preaching to the preachers, they "Preachin" better than we do. Let the drug companies do drugs, they "Do Drugs" better than we do. Let the medical advice to the doctors.
