I had dinner with a new parkie today in her 40's. She was already on 5 25/100 sinemet a day but was unable to sleep at night. on her own, she titrated down to 1/2 a tablet 3 times a day. ANd she feels great. Her neuro said, "Well that's more in keeping with the research!"
