Hi,
I get sharp pain from shoulder to rigjht wrist
I only get it when I awaken in the morning. Once i get up and move about it
ceases. If I use a musckle lotion on the area it also disapppears quickliy.
I tend to sleep on one side for 4 hrs then the other.

My doctor puts it down to actvivty ie shaking while asleep or just lying on
the arm for hours as I cant/dont roll over in bed

Maybe try lotion before bed and when you wake up and try sleeping more on
your right side and shake your arm when you wake up. Only you can be
creative and find your personal solution as every parkie has their own set
of symptoms.Youmust try different scenarios with a log book by the hour thar
records what you have done. I believe a pattern will emerge.ONly you can do
this

Let me eknow if any of above works
