Such substances are just fine in moderation like most foods. Balance in your diet is what you need. Use the basic four food groups as a guide . Limit or increase your calories in relation to your body's demands.Analyze your eating habits and try to correct where needed. If you are excessively overweight limit fruits as they are high in sugars and calories but keep in diet in small amounts. Vegetables can been eaten as much as one cares too. Grains, breads, pastas, rice,pototoes and other root crop vegeatbles are very high in calories, starches which convert to body fat, and for the most part provide little nutritional benefit. Keep these in diet in moderation. Quite often several very small meals throughout the day will help with the fight on overweight and fatigue. Energy is needed to function daily .
