Well, if the laws keep changing, this will also change. Proposals are in the works to make it a double murder if a pregnant woman is murdered, or a single murder if she looses her baby because of abuse. So, "choice" will not be an issue and RoeVWade will be overturned.. Still a long way to go, but that is where it will end up.
