About a year ago our entire support group from  Walla Walla  took kind of a
short course   in   TAI Chi  (it lasted about 6 weeks)  and after the
class  was finished the muscles in my arms had  more tone to them
than  before the  class  Most of the class were  above 60 and all of
them  benefited  in terms of muscle tone or improved sense of balance.. In
all   there were about 30  parkies who  gained  from the experience.
