You must to have a spermatozoid alive and an egg alive also to be combined and produce an embryo alive . If they were not alive before combined there would be no embryo. As a consequence one can say when life ends (cells are death) but one can not say when the life began. So it is very arbitrary to choose when an aggregate of human cells sould start to be considered as a human being alive. Any biologist can agree on this.
