A week from next Saturday, the Parkinson's Unity Walk returns to Central Park in New York City. I will be there among several others from Parkinsn. I will be carrying the torch for Barbara Patterson! If you haven't had the opportunity to see the excellent video produced by Parkinson Alliance and UnityWalk.org, I have a snippet on PIENO. I would suggest it is best viewed by those who have DSL or Cable connections and have RealPlayer installed on their computer. This will be an opportunity to see and hug all of those I have chatted and corresponded with over the last 10 years of Parkinsn. As our friend Margaret Tuchman says in the video, "Finding the cure for Parkinson's disease is just a matter of money." Our time is near, perhaps the dollars we raise at the walk will fund the research for a cure. If you can come and join us in a once in a lifetime experience, please do. We will be waiting.
