carol,
my symptoms are mostly on the left side. my left toes curled up (hammer toes)causing a sore on the tip of my middle toe. it was very painful to walk. foot doctor gave me a pad with two elastic straps that go over my second and third toe. this keeps them out straight. walking is still difficult but my toes don't hurt anymore. my left shoulder and upper arm are quite painful. the range of motion for my left arm is limited. i can't reach behind my back (can't scratch my butt!!) making it difficult to hook my bra. of course your neuro should know about this. he/she may not be able to help, but should know. exercise with a pulley over a door can help with shoulder movement. also, when i started taking zoloft, my should pain improved. it's still stiff but doesn't hurt as much.

we're in the same boat, sami
