PLEASE !!!! It is a matter of what works best for you as a parkie ..... like any med, the doseage must be titrated and this doesn't mean that one jumps to the max dose automatically - also please recognize that this is a CO-Enzyme - it is an agent at faillitetes a chemical reaction (all be it at the cellular leval) - if the required substrates are not present the correct amonts, tretin will not take place rguadless of the ezymes or co-enzmyes are present !!! It is for this reason that we take a balanced protocall of the building blocks and then add the necessary amount of the enzyme and co enzyme to make the reaction actually work IE: to produce doapmine ..... Among other things this requires the amino acid L-Tyrosine, etc.....refer to krebs cycle or citric acid cycle .... biochem 101 BTW if you get results without the detremental effect of the sinemet .... the cost becomes a minor issue - my Q-10 is at 600 mg daily and is working quite well BUT I take just a few other things (~20) religiously ...... about $4.00 (US) per day and no sinemet .....
