Norma Elliot, of Croydon, features on a poster promoting the work of the Parkinson's Disease Society (PDS). Norma is one of 70 PDS community support workers across the UK, providing a vital link for people with the disease, visiting them in their homes and offering emotional support as well as practical assistance accessing services and benefits advice. The poster will be displayed in GP surgeries, libraries and Citizens Advice Bureau across the UK.
