The importance of exercise for the Parkinson's patient has long been recognized as essential to disease management and
improved quality of life. Motivating Moves is a unique program of 24 seated and stimulating exercises especially for
people with Parkinson's. Exercises are specifically designed to address typical Parkinson's symptoms such as stability,
flexibility, posture, vocal range and facial expressivity.

The program not only provides patients with a structured and carefully planned exercise program specific to
Parkinson's, but engages the patient in a motivating and fun exercise routine. The exercises can be done alone, with a
caregiver or in a group.

The video is divided into three sections, "How to Do Motivating Moves" (45 minutes), "The Exercise Class" (36 minutes)
and "Practical Tips for Daily Living" (4 minutes). It is set to the music of Julliard composer and pianist Robert
Abramson.

The video is available on VHS videotape, DVD or PAL videotape for $14.95, plus shipping and handling.
