We have just completed the first year of a Writing Intensive Program in the
Public Relations Certificate Program at McGill.
This brings together 8 instructors teaching 9 courses. (There are 2
electives in the program that don't use the WAC model.) All our materials
have been developed from scratch. I would love to know what others are doing
since there is no other such program at McGill. I have a small Teaching and
Leaning Innovation grant to study the effectiveness of the implementation
and potential for wider application.
