This is almost anechdotal,so keep the grain of salt ready, but when PD hit
my mother she was told by a Michigan specialist that the county she lived
in, nearly all farmland, had the highest per capita rate of PD in the state.
The thought was that perhaps herbicides or pesticides were pushing up the
rate.

For my money, if any exterminator did my house I'd get out for twice the
time they tell me to and be very careful about any exposed surface that food
might touch.
