UNIVERSITY LEARNING STRATEGIST

The  Centre  for  Flexible  Learning,  University of Windsor, is seeking an
innovative   university   learning   strategist  to  provide  instructional
knowledge  and  skills support for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
The  strategist  will  collaborate  with  faculty  and students to make the
classroom  and  learning environment work for everyone. The strategist will
facilitate  pedagogical  development  and  collaborate  with faculty in the
introduction   of  better  and  easier  formats  for  instruction  and  the
assessment  and  recognition  of  both student and faculty achievement. The
creation  and  application of diagnostic instruments that provide knowledge
of   our   students’   learning   and  skills  levels  are  also  important
responsibilities.

The  successful  candidate  will  have  a  substantial  record  in  faculty
development  and university learning. A capability to work with faculty and
students  in both open workshops and personal confidential consultation and
training situations is essential. A Ph.D. is preferred.

The term of the appointment is five(5) years.  Salary is competitive.
