Again with the names (."...big, rude, windbag, always "bloviating").
Ray, "fair" and "balanced" are terms that are qualitative, subject to
the interpretation of the sender, and the listener. I am sure from their
point of view, they are "fair and balanced", just as much as you
probably believe that you are "fair and balanced" in your beliefs. I am
not asking for people to stop expressing their beliefs, EVERYONE is
entitled to that. I am asking for people to at least TRY not to be
inflammatory while expressing themselves. Calling others names, no
matter how much you don't like them, is inflammatory. By the way, I
don't watch the O'Reilly show, so I can't express an opinion one way or
the other about him, although I gather that he may call other people
names, inflaming others against HIM. But then, inflammatory prose is
what good TV is all about.

On another note, has anyone seen this site:
http://www.energeticsolutions.com.au/michael_j_fox.html
It is written in a form that almost assures that it is snake oil. It is
written with references to get your attention, but with language
assuring the reader that what he says is "proven" and promising success
- the hallmarks of a good con.

I'm with Tess. I watch Fox all the time for fun. There is nothing
"fair
and balanced" about Fox, nor Hannity and Colmes. O'Reilly never reads
my
'pithy" comments. He is a big, rude, windbag, always "bloviating".
