Actually, none of this checks out.   Where did you look?   I hope
you'll inform whoever sent you the email so they can tell the others
who received it that its false.

Some notes from personal experience --
- I've been to Chiron corporate headquarters.   They're located in
California and always have been
- Whether your corporate operations are based overseas or not, if you
distribute in the USA, you can be sued.   In any case, Chiron is an
American company.
- Vaccine manufacturers are protected (by law) from lawsuits.   This
is supposed to prevent shortages.

Other details that raised red flags --
- I don't see any specifics about the man who was sued or who he sued
- Anything describing a candidate as an "ambulence chaser" is suspicious
