Joseph,
I was an early onset PD patient and I would definitely go see a
neurologist. You have a lots o f PD symptoms that bear looking into.
I don't know if being in Japan will change the treatment plan but I've
been able to mostly control my symptoms with medicine. This doesn't
mean they have disappeared, just that they are manageable. I did
retire from teaching and am a "at home Dad" now. Get checked out.
