Over the past months, I've experienced an increase in the frequency of
my trips to the bathroom. I used to be able to sleep all night
without getting up to relieve myself, but just about every night
lately, I've had to get up after about 5-6 hours. And after I
narrowly averted a disaster in a parking lot, I decided to get
checked. So I had some tests done, because males over 50 are
supposed to pay close attention to that kind of symptom. Bladder
capacity: average to good. Cystoscope: negative. No cancer in the
bladder, and the prostate is marginally larger. All within expected
parameters for a guy my age. What a relief!

Doctor said I should cut down on caffeine. (I drink it all day.) So
I've started cutting my coffee with 50% decaf. Yuk!

He also said that since the tests were negative, this means that the
bathroom troubles I've had are likely being caused by my PD. I would
like to hear from those of you, if any, who have had these problems.
My question is, what do you do for this? I remember that during
childbearing years, my wife did 'keegles', or exercises to strengthen
the vaginal muscles, both in preparation for the births, and as
post-partem rehab. Are there exercises I can do? What else?

I need a routine I can 'Depends' on ;-)

Enjoy!
