 So Raj, does PSA stand for 'prostitutes of school age'?  What age prostitutes would you recommend I rule out?  What happens when they are 'bound'?  I personally have never met a free one.

And so on.  I've enjoyed this exchange, and am sorry I was too busy to participate before the above jokes got cold.

Raj, I appreciate your effort to help.  I will do some research and ask my doctor, and let the listserv know how things turn out.
