Now that Jo_Anne has set me straight on the name, I've put in a request for
a copy of the report to the Alberta Learning Assessment Branch. Apparently
Elana retired 5 or 6 years ago but her successor says he will see if he can
locate it.
So, one way or another, with Russ' help as well, we should all have access -
I hope it's as interesting as I recall!
