Hi Wanda:
    The cramps you mention is called dystonia.  This is very common in most
PD patients whether they take sinemet or not. I never took sinemet and I
often experience dystonia, albeit mildly.  I do not take anything just for
that. I find stretching exercises don e regularly can help a little bit. One
cam try Tai Chi.
