Mary Ann, I've found that to be true, too.  I had a female PCP, who was a
god-send.  But my insurance HMO, pulled out of Houston and I had to get
another one, and she wasn't on the program.  Sometimes, I think HMO's
suck.  I also hope Ray can get some help with her eyes.  Best to you.  J
