I have found that I get very sleepy when I take my meds (Requip and Sinemet) in the early afternoon. I usually sleep in my car at lunch which helps get me through the day. Other people have had the opposite effect, switching from Requip to Mirapex. You should talk to you MD about whether an adjustment in your meds would alleviate your night sleepiness. I assume, since you scored poorly on the drunk-driving rules, that you don't drink a lot. Alcohol is a CNS depressant, and combined with the PD drugs, could be a powerful inducement of sleepiness. Just some thoughts. Hate to see you lose your options, but you know what you have to do to keep yourself and everyone else safe.
