Yes, Apomorphine has been available here in the UK for several years now, I
know two fellow sufferers of PD who used it. In both cases it did work well,
and almost instantly, but, and it's a big but, both of these people
experienced extreme end of dose side effects in the form of severe
dyskenesia, uncontrollable writhing and twisting of limbs . It was  enough
for me to regard this drug as one to avoid .
