Dear Editor:
Have I written you enough letters to make stem cell research an "issue" or should I just give up?

The main argument against stem cell reesearch is that these undiffereniated cells are people.

If they are people, will all the four to five day old blastocysts that have failed to implant during reproduction the old fashioned way from the beginning of humankind to the assisted reproduction of in vitro fertilization clinics today, go to hell because they have not accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior? Being frozen a la IVF and not having a brain would seem to preclude the possibilitiy of being saved and going to heaven.

Is a cell by any other name still a cell?

Can souls, like cells, divide?
