I agree with Jennifer. Further, even if it's an actual embryo in that dish, it has no legal status. It's potential is greater, by the numbers, to be discarded, rather than to become a real live taxpayer. It is not aware, and is not suffering. We are. To see my own rights withheld to protect the imaginary 'potential' rights of this material just makes me feel lower than garbage. The living must take precedence over the cells, which might, by a long shot, someday, under the right conditions, live. Enjoy!
