Dear Editor: pls excuse my first unintentional email re this subject. I have a new computer and am severely disabled. Today the UN, led by the US, Costa Rica and the Vatican, passed a non-binding ban on both reproductive and therapeutic cloning. This means that countries will continue to pursue therapeutic cloning research in an effort to find cures for some of life's most devastating diseases. It also clearly demonstrates the Bush administration's cruel and heartless attempts to kill the hopes of millions of living, suffering people.
