To reduce or eliminate annoying redundancy-
 is there someone on list who could give a brief and common language version
of a  "how to handle an email" ie
how to cut and paste
how to avoid those nasty attachments that we have been warned not to open
how to put subject line on emails so I dont waste time and space  w ith junk
mail and obtuse private messages
how to reply to just one person rather than broadcast your private messages
seems most of the nuisance value of the list is from people like me who dont
really know how to handle the computor efficiently
