Wendy - So well put.  I think sometimes, it's not WHAT is said, as much
as the WAY it is said.  I'm willing to discuss anything that is presented
in an intelligent, forthright message, but not if it sounds like it's
being pushed down my
throat.  Ray always has done good work with her letters to officials,
etc., and  some very good ideas, and when they are presented right,  will
