I think  Claudia has  it right.  My  Dad stopped eating and drinking.  It is
my understanding that  unless we die of something else, that  is how we PWP
will go too  unless we opt  for a  feeding tube.  my grandfather, a PWP died
of  pneumonia when  he couldn't move any more.  I  doubt  if he was eating
or drinking.  My mom in her last days  was not eating or drinking.  Most
doctors  say  this is not a painful way  for the  dying  to  die.  this has
been  greatly   overblown and exaggerated for the sake of political  gain.
Ignorance reigns as usual.
