There is something that at least is an approximation of what you are looking for. This walker is supposed to have better than average stability. It is called a U-Step. http://www.ustep.com/. Carline uses the old fashioned Aluminum walker. But she can only use it only for balance standing still; she cannot walk unassisted anymore. K. F.
