I do think these folks need to be reined in. I don't think they're going to be able to hijack the constitution. I just have faith that the majority is still reasonable and still remembers the basics from history and civics classes. We especially must watch out for any shenanigans they try when Rehnquist retires. Even if I was a righty like Rehnquist, I'd still want to last til W's out of office. Enjoy spring!
