I also think this is an important issue and will become increasingly more so
as time goes by.  The needs within the PD community are great and due to the
costs of medications, personal care assistants and so forth, financial aid
is certainly one of them.  I think this is something that should be pursued.
AARP has a program that assists "seniors" (not sure of the age limits).  It
isn't specifically for PWPs and I don't yet know the specifics, but I think
those might be available at their website: www.aarp.org
