There is a very impressive article in Time Magazine about the research that Woo Hwang is doing. I was very encouraged by his deep respect for human life - how he gently nurtures his cell lines and only minimally interferes with the life that is growing. It will be very interesting to follow his continuing research. Of all of the articles I have read on stem cell research, the one in Times offers the most compassionate and hopeful approach.
