Hi Dee,

I called Christy Hahn of PAN and we finally got this thing figured out.
Franks' office wanted to throw me some kind of a bone with Ross' reference
to PAN and some kind of toxin studies on Parkinson he supports that the
federal government is doing.  They finally got around to the "ethical" issue
after much tap-dancing.

What I worry about is the other lies and misrepresentations being given when
a caller asks, "why did Franks vote "NO" on HR 810?"  If I hadn't lost my
cool I could have found out more about those better alternatives.  These
games are not amusing when lives are at stake.
