Greg,

The issues of common ground were a toxin study re Parkinson  being done by
the federal government - it was presented to me by Ross of Franks office as
a "better alternative" than the bill HR 810 in question.  ":Do you know
about PAN?" was his first response to my query "Why did Rep. Franks' vote NO
on HR 810?"  The "ethical" grounds came last and I had to kind of drag it
out of them in my 2 office calls.  They have their story straight now.  Very
amusing.
