Diane, I'm glad your sleep apnea was cured after such an ordeal. I can't lose weight since my premature menopause 26 years ago, so am not much help. I'm assuming your liquid diet is something "nutritious" like Ensure. What you need is a cheeseburger and fries - maybe there is a way to grind them up so you can get some fattening food. Nope, I haven't done the jaw surgery thing yet. There is so much to look forward to. Sometimes it seems we PWP get everything.
