Rick, Well, I "practice" Tae Kwon Do as much as I can, mainly doing a few of the 18 kata I know each day. I usually do them in slow motion which is gentler on my aging body. I imagine that this helps with balance and strength and it helps me mentally also. I stretch constantly and confine these activities to when I'm "on". I quit teaching about 6 years ago and don't visit the do jang very often. When I was diagnosed and started medications my skills improved for a few years so I would encourage you go for it if at all possible. \Randy Games to entertain your brain. http://www.stargraphics.com Star Graphics Corp 10943 S Forest Ridge Ln Oregon City, OR 97045 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rick McGirr" <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Tuesday, September 20, 2005 6:59 AM Subject: Re: Difficulty breathing > Randy, > Do you still practice martial arts?
