Rasagaline is an MAO-B inhibitor getting good reviews, monotherapy early, adjunct to C/L later, apparently causes fewer side effects, less sleepiness, nausea, fewer hallucinations. I am really pulling for Neupro, should be out in the spring. An agonist, but transdermal - studies are showing marked decrease in on/off times and increases on parts 2 & 3 of UPDRS. Like rasagaline, rotigotine is monotherapy early and adjunct later. Lets hope. I heard it helped those of us in mid or later stages too. I hope so. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off Parkinsn send a message to: mailto:[log in to unmask] In the body of the message put: signoff parkinsn Ray ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off Parkinsn send a message to: mailto:[log in to unmask] In the body of the message put: signoff parkinsn
