LEE DO NEUROSTIMULATORS HAVE TO BE TURNED OFF FOR MAMMOGRAM?

DOES ARC HAVE TO HAVE BATTERY?  I CAN'T GET MINE OPEN AS MY HANDS ARE LIKE
PAWS.
