Mary Ann, my ovarian cancer was encapsulated inside a very huge gross cyst
and my surgeon apparently got it before it had metastasized. The cells
found in my abdomen had apparently gotten there during surgery. The chemo
nearly killed me. and I wish it had.

Everyone has their own theory why I survived, the above is mine. People
asked did I have a "good' attitude....it was bad, trust me. I was so
popular at my school everyone was praying for me. But my best friend, also
a well-loved teacher and 2 years younger than me, is very dead from
osteocarcinoma.

If you are one of the dead young or old, from cancer your family is not
thrilled about the great treatments out there.
