I don't know who this is for, but since I don't take any PD meds I thought I'd respond. The answer is "not very well". I'm in an electric wheelchair, use 2 kinds of walkers, strangle when I speak, my hands are like paws, choke, have double vision, but due to DBSs my bilateral tremors are controlled. Since Sinemet only worked like a miracle once, I can't see the point in taking PD meds which give me bad side effects and no help. My physical therapist thinks it is because I treadmill and swim that I do as "well" as I do, dragging my body around.
