I don't know who this is for, but since I don't take any PD meds I thought
I'd respond.  The answer is "not very well".

I'm in an electric wheelchair, use 2 kinds of walkers, strangle when I
speak, my hands are like paws, choke, have double vision, but due to DBSs my
bilateral tremors are controlled.

Since Sinemet only worked like a miracle once, I can't  see the point in
taking PD meds which give me bad side effects and no help.  My physical
therapist thinks it is because I treadmill and swim that I do as "well" as I
do, dragging my body around.
