I agree, Glenn, my muscles would deteriorate anyway if I don't move them. Living in a larger house now means I have to "walk" farther with my walker. I do feel a sense of accomplishment after treadmilling and swimming and can do little else of value. It is great you can walk your dog. I can't walk Spike anymore, fell last year when I tried with my walker. He has a doggie door into the back yard.
