One thing you can be sure. Humans are not a product of intelligent design. If we were, our blood vessels in the eye would be behind the retina, our veins would have one way valves so that blood could not all flow out if one limb was injured, our throats would not be designed to facilitate choking. Not to mention Parkinson's would be impossible if we had a redundant source of dopamine, instead of all made in the substantia nigra, or if they were not all vulnerable to the disease process, whatever it is, or if they renewed themselves whenever they ran short. How does one detect the presence of intelligent design in the natural world? How does one detect its absence? What does ID have to do with Parkinson's disease?
