It is hard to make diagnoses over the internet, but it sounds like you may
be having corneal surface problems rather than true double vision.  You are
seeing two or three overlapping objects, sometimes clearing with a blink or two
but sometimes worsening?  You get blurred when you do any sort of visual
task for more than a few minutes? Your eyes feel tired, gritty and sandy as if
you had something in them?  These are symptoms of dry eyes, very common in  PD,
and exacerbated by decreased blinking and blepharitis [inflammation of the
eyelids].  It can be remedied by warm soaks, lid scrubs, frequent  application
of non-preserved tears and several good blinks every time you think  of it.
